It takes a village, and ours happens to wear harnesses and superhero caps. From the GM answering phones to guides posting on social, the Marketing Manager parking cars, and the Customer Experience crew fine-tuning group tours, everyone pitches in to make the magic happen at Canopy Tours.
We’re a close-knit bunch connected by a love of nature, adventure, and people, and we’re here to make every Rotorua Canopy Tours adventure unforgettable. Our guides undergo rigorous training and progress through various guiding tiers. Some have even hit our 1000 Tours Club, and a few legends have soared all the way to the 2000 Tours League.
