  • Digital signature on our waiver

 

We may also collect personal information about you (from third parties) where you have authorised this, or if the information is publicly available. Online payments. Our Websites use third party booking software which at the date of this privacy policy is Ibis Technology.

  • IBIS Technology manage our online payments and use the third party payment solution Payment Express
  • We do not have access to complete credit card details when they are booked through a Payment Express link or online through the same portal
  • In the case of refunds, Payment Express use a token for each transaction, which enables us to find and refund your transaction, but we do not and cannot view credit card details
